1. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are valid for 7 calendar days unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing may change if quantity, materials, dimensions, colors, design requirements, delivery requirements, or project scope change after the original quote.

2. Payment and Deposits

Orders under $75 require payment in full before work begins. Orders of $75 or more require a 50% deposit before design or production begins unless different terms are stated in writing.

The remaining balance must be paid before completed merchandise, production files, or other final deliverables are released, delivered, shipped, or made available for pickup.

3. Start of Work and Non-Refundable Deposit

A deposit authorizes Grasso Giocattoli to reserve production capacity and begin project-specific work.

Once work begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Work may include design, artwork preparation, CAD or modeling, proofs, material purchasing, setup, prototyping, engraving, printing, cutting, fabrication, or production.

4. Proof Approval

When a proof is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing names, spelling, dates, phone numbers, social-media handles, QR codes, logos, dimensions, colors, layout, and other requested information before approval.

Approval authorizes Grasso Giocattoli to manufacture the item as shown. Changes requested after approval may result in additional design, material, labor, or production charges.

5. Revisions and Scope Changes

Unless otherwise stated in the quote, up to two reasonable minor revision rounds are included before final approval. Major redesigns, new concepts, significant scope changes, or changes requested after production begins may be quoted separately.

6. Expedited / Rush Orders

Projects requiring expedited turnaround are subject to a rush fee equal to 50% of the item subtotal.

The rush fee includes one agreed local delivery or meet-up for transfer of the completed order. Carrier shipping, postage, or extraordinary delivery requirements are not included unless specifically stated in the quote.

Rush service is subject to production capacity, material availability, customer responsiveness, and written confirmation by Grasso Giocattoli.

7. Production and Turnaround

Estimated turnaround begins after required payment or deposit, customer-supplied information and artwork, and any required proof approval have been received.

Completion and delivery dates are estimates unless Grasso Giocattoli expressly agrees in writing to a guaranteed deadline. Customer revisions, delayed approvals, missing information, supply availability, equipment issues, carrier delays, and events outside reasonable control may extend completion time.

8. Custom Products, Inspection, and Claims

Because personalized and custom-manufactured products are made specifically for the customer, custom products are generally final sale once production begins.

Any claim involving damage, defects, incorrect items, missing items, packaging damage, or another issue must be reported to Grasso Giocattoli in writing within 24 hours of receiving the order.

The written notice must include a detailed description of the issue and clear photographs of, as applicable:

• Exterior packaging and its condition upon receipt
• Interior packaging and protective materials
• All affected items
• Any visible damage, defect, manufacturing issue, incorrect item, or missing component
• Any other condition relevant to the claim

Customers should retain the affected items, original packaging, and packing materials until Grasso Giocattoli has completed its review or advises that they may be discarded.

If an item is materially defective or does not reasonably match the approved specifications because of an error by Grasso Giocattoli, Grasso Giocattoli may, as appropriate, repair, reproduce, replace, or otherwise correct the affected item. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. If an order is cancelled before work begins, any refund will be determined based on costs or commitments already incurred. Once work begins, the deposit is non-refundable.

If completed work, materials, or other project-specific costs exceed the deposit at the time of cancellation, the customer may remain responsible for the additional amount due.

10. Final Payment and Release

All outstanding balances must be paid in full before completed products are released, delivered, shipped, transferred at a meet-up, or otherwise provided to the customer unless different terms have been expressly approved in writing.

Grasso Giocattoli may withhold completed products, final production files, artwork, or other deliverables until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

11. Failed or Reversed Payments

If a payment is declined, returned, reversed, cancelled, charged back, or otherwise not successfully collected, any unpaid balance remains due. Grasso Giocattoli may suspend additional work, production, delivery, pickup, or release of completed work until valid payment is received.

12. Delivery, Shipping, and Pickup

Standard delivery, shipping, or meet-up charges may be added when applicable and will be disclosed as part of the quote or invoice. For qualifying expedited orders, one agreed local delivery or meet-up is included in the rush fee.

13. Taxes

Applicable sales tax will be added where required by law. Customers claiming a valid tax or resale exemption must provide required documentation before the invoice is finalized.

14. Acceptance of Terms

Payment of a deposit, payment of an invoice, written approval of a quote or proof, or authorization to begin work constitutes acceptance of the applicable quote and these Custom Order Terms & Conditions.
